First advantage is asking for w2 for a job that I might have exaggerated my tenure and achievements at. Just to keep it vague, Needless to say I need to fabricate a w2. I found the w2 form template in the irs website and it looks like I can just input the info there directly and just fabricate whatever numbers I want? I have people at the company that can vouch for my tenure and are willing to bend the rules a little.
