He has these faint brown spots on his nose, but they come and go. Second pic is one without them. What is this? Is it just cat acne or dry skin? I know he has dry skin too because he has bits of dander in his fur sometimes and also his paw pads get peely. Is this related to that? Or is it something more serious? How do I help him?
