Jobot’s application process is strange. I know Jobot utilizes “Jeni” their AI recruiter for 94% of their applicants. She checks if your resume matches the job description. Mine did. She then sends you an email to do a recorded interview or phone screener. I was having issues with the link, so Jeni offered for me to type my answers out. Jeni forwarded my emailed screener responses to a human. She confirmed that message via text and email. What are the odds that I will actually get a call back from a human recruiter or just get ghosted? Also, did I affect my chances negatively by not opting to the screener via video or phone?
