Last I checked, a printer/copier tech is an IT tech. Everybody viewing this post will be an IT tech. Hell, CompTIA PDI+, a certification for copier techs, was retired in 2014 and incorporated into the CompTIA A+ exam (which is, you guessed it, an IT certtification).

So, somebody please help me make this make sense. This honestly feels like if an employer were asking for a cashier who can work a cash register, but isn’t a customer service worker. 😆
