(i know this is not technically a cat) but as i was feeding a couple strays next to this abandoned building by my apartment, i noticed this guy, he must’ve fallen through the roof and hasn’t found a way back out. he is so skinny, i really want to help him but the doors are locked. im worried if i call the local police they wont care or be able to do anything. i was thinking of breaking a small hole in the glass so he can atleast get out of there. but if they patch the hole, it wont prevent it from happening again. any advice or recommendations please?
