What causes the speed to decrease gradually? I started at 2209 Mbps last month when I signed up, and it’s slowly decreasing.

Is your fiber on pppoe or IPOE? If the former many routers cannot sustain full bandwidth. Your Firewalla gold plus for example cannot sustain 2.5 gbps on pppoe connections
Most servers out there can’t actually give you that much bandwidth. In fact if you don’t have a very specific reason for that plan, I’d downgrade if it’ll save you money.
