I lied on resume and initial screening about end date of prior employment. Acting as though still employed when I took a buyout April 1st in Lieu of performance plan. I know I f’ed up bad. My brain has considered 100% honesty on background check hoping hr doesn’t care as my education and experience is accurate. As well as obviously being 100% honest when security clearance comes. I am so wracked up in fear that I am considering withdrawing my application despite a pending final interview
