Applied for SDE at Sutherland (Bengaluru/India).

Received an email from their ICP team saying my profile doesn’t match. However, almost immediately after, I got an automated SHL assessment invite with a deadline for May 2nd.

Has anyone experienced this with Sutherland before? Is the rejection just an automated ATS glitch, or is the test invite the mistake? Should I still take the test?
