I’ve had 8 cats in my life. The second last one never jumped once. The vet did mris xrays and ct scans and found nothing wrong. His answer was that her tail must have been too short. (He said this was a veterinary catch all for no answer found)

So I always lifted her onto things if she asked.

My current cat mowe is a Manx. She’s now given up on jumping at about 6 months post rescue. And simply Meows to be put on things.

I’ve never told a cat no. And I think I might have ruined my newest cat? If this is my fault how do I fix it? She’s a desexed indoor cat that gets a half hour a day of supervised outdoor time.
