We have an approx 7yr tuxedo male, ex-stray cat, very independent, typically only comes home for dinner but will stay for part of the night if he chooses 🤦♀️ Loves the dogs (x2) when they are are chill… smooches up against them and sleeps with us all on the bed, not a lap sitter. The dogs do love to chase him when he exits through the small dog door.
My friend has caught a stray tabby (female) who is extremely friendly already, thought to be a sibling to the stray ginger boy she caught a few weeks ago. The ginger is a tripod tho and considerably more timid probably due to having lost a limb somehow. She suspects they were dumped because the tabby is so friendly. Is eating well and has been wormed, will be going to the vet for a checkup and will get speyed.

Do I want another pet? Of course! I also have dreams of getting a bird as I grew up with one we would let out of his cage and it’s cute as 🤦♀️🤣
