I live in Los Angeles. Currently working for a hotel but I need a second job. I have applied to so many other hotels abd restaurants. Getting interviews here and agree asking for the same thing. Customer service, situations and teamwork. I have years of​ experience. Some of these recruiters keep me for an hour to interview me.

Well I always thought when recruiters keep interviewing you for 30-60 minutes that they like you. Nope, still get rejected. Abiut 3 years ago I got offers so easily. Now nothing. What​ is going on?
