Found a basic IT job
Worked hard, became a top performer
Gained the trust from my manager
Learned new skills for the past 3 months, nights and weekend after my normal hours, new stuff (still 3 -6 months to go to be able to apply for interviews)
Learned from a lead project that, currently, almost 90% of the juniors in the position (who are younger and smarter than me) I am preparing for are on the bench because of AI and clients wanting senior staff+ AI on a smaller/shorter budget
I will still try, still do my best even if it seems -probably is- pointless…
