So I need some advice on a situation with my cats. I found a kitten in a parking lot and took him in. I already have 2 cats and had no issues with introducing them. The kitten was extremely malnourished so he was seperated from the other cats for while in the first place, and I slowly introduced them like you are supposed to. Well at first the cats got along but as the kitten got older he started targeting my oldest cat. He chases her all the time, traps her in her litter box, it has gotten to the point she doesn’t come down from our cabinets anymore. Got him neutered thinking it would help and it has honestly just gotten worse. Trird redirection and reintroducing them, my oldest cat is terrified to even be on the ground now. I don’t know where to go from here. Our apartment isn’t big enough to keep them seperated at all times as that isn’t fair to them. A vet offered gabapentin but I don’t want to keep him sedated at all times. Would rehoming be the best option here?
