Had 2 interview rounds for a B2B SaaS marketing role.

On Friday morning, HR messaged:

“good morning (my correct name)”

“We are moving ahead with your profile, I’ve emailed next steps.” (this message was deleted later)

Within \\\~10 minutes, that message were deleted.

I replied with a simple “Hi, good morning” — no response since (left on seen).

No email received either.

From an HR/process perspective, what typically causes this?
