Fresh grad in IT, been applying primarily to SWE roles.

1st offer came extremely early - a few days after I started looking, Junior SWE role. But the offer was super low ball, so I declined

2nd offer came March for a Fullstack Dev role, still pretty low ball, but a bit better than the first one, but was a one year contract, so I tried my luck and declined again.

3rd and 4th offer came at the same time last week. One was for an Analyst position and another is a SWE position. SWE role was paying above average for a fresh grad, Analyst position was paying significantly above average, both permanent roles. I took the SWE role because I think it better aligned with what I wanted to do with my career, and had better benefits imo.
