Was so excited to enter the world of not having to scoop every morning.

I ordered the Litter Robot 4 and it came:

- A damaged and partially opened shipping box

- Dents on the robot itself

- A bent and ruined litter mat

- A bonnet that does not fit properly due to manufacturing error (see the gap and poor lining of the buttons)

Okay I’m never ever a Karen, but Jesus Christ. You think for this price point they’d have better quality control. I think one of those errors is forgivable, but all four problems? My total for my order with the bundle and litter hopper came to $1,150.

I kindly informed customer service. Their only resolution was they send a replacement but I have to package it and clean it. For those who have not had the privilege of unpackaging this beast - there’s A LOT to the packaging to the point they had to send a PDF instruction document describing how to repackage everything. And then if it wasn’t cleaned to their standards, they informed me they would charge me a $75 cleaning fee.

I KNOW I sound like a Karen for complaining, but it’s just not what I expected for paying that much money. I’m pretty upset with the entire delivery and their only solution is sending a replacement and giving me a bunch of work lol.
