Hola everyone, I’m F27 and since March, I’ve done two interviews with a small company in pharmaceutic. The project is nice, with a lot of applications in the future. However, the job is in a country I poorly know, with high location rent and quite small salary. I was very motivated and they offer me to meet them so this week, I went for several days at the company. The project is really interesting. However, I was badly surprised to see that rhe project is not as far along as they claim. Indeed, I was expecting to learn new things but I might do what I have done during my whole career without learning new things sooner. I’m not here to discuss why I’m declining the offer because there are many other reasons. I feel embarrassed because they pay over 600€ to make me come, they paid for lunches, one even come with to visit the apartment because of language issue and were very nice. I don’t how I can politely decline and I feel very bad about it.
