As the title says, I have been searching for a job in my field (Procurement/ Supply Chain) for 3 years since I graduated with my Masters. I have had easily over 25 interviews and have not received even one piece of feedback. I am always told I did great in interviews and case studies, often making it to the final interview rounds, but I have never received an offer. I’m almost $100k in student debt and it’s only growing. I have done a professional certificate and many other courses to better my resume, and I’m constantly working on my interview skills, but I don’t know what else to do.

I try not to tie my worth to this horrible job market but it’s getting hard to have any motivation in my life. I’ve just watched my life pass by me for the last 3 years and my mental health has just been deteriorating. I’ve even started antidepressants but I don’t know how much longer I can keep going.

The most frustrating thing is I don’t know what I’m doing wrong. After every rejection I ask for feedback or any tips, and they always tell me the same, that there’s no feedback to give because I did really well and someone else just fit better. (If they even give feedback)

There’s clearly something wrong with me that makes people not want to hire me, but I can’t figure out what. I have the right profile, I’m extremely motivated to work in the field, and I even have internship experience. Has anyone else gone this long without finding work after graduating? At what point do I have to give up and find a new career path?
