I want to say yes but also I like to give slight benefits of the doubt that maybe it’s not an obvious red flag. Plus it’s my fault to some degree as the only option was accept the time or cancel the interview.

Have an interview Tuesday. Was given the offer last Wednesday but only ONE time slot was available on one day. It was a rough time that interferes with my current job during a busy time.

I messaged asking for a better time or a date I’m free all day on the weekday. Never got a reply every single day.

I want to immediately write this off as a red flag but maybe just maybe the recruiter has so much random workloads and they didn’t have time to read it.
