I feed this stray cat every day. Yesterday when I saw her she was normal and now today I notice her belly/pouch are being more lower and her nipples as well as the skin underneath being swollen. When walking towards me I can notice the belly/pouch area peeking out from the sides. She has kittens that are around 4 to 5 weeks old maybe older. Does anyone know what this could be?
