What kind of toys do you guys give your both young and old, playful, intelligent cats to play with while you’re away?

I have a senior who is very food driven and a very young kitten who just needs some mental stimulation while I’m away. Something to play with and keep her little mind occupied, literally any suggestions are helpful. Thanks!
