Had a great screening call with the recruiter. “You check every box” was her feedback and my comp was right in line with the posting. She said she wanted to move me forward to the next round to meet with the hiring manager and asked for times when I was available.

I sent several options and also mentioned I can be flexible and move things around if none of those work.

1 week later and no response.

I send a follow up asking about my status.

Another week later still no response, so I send a second follow up message.

Another week later and still no response.

Going from checking every box and asked to move forward to the next round to completely ghosted.
