We have a sweet, young cat who stays in our backyard all the time. It’s fenced, so I think that’s why. Neither my daughter nor I have ever fed her because we didn’t want to encourage it. I was thinking she must belong to someone because she looks healthy and chubby. Well, I believe she’s pregnant. I know my daughter and I will not be able to leave them (mom and kittens) outside in the elements if this happens. This means I will need to take them to be tested for feline leukemia and treated for worms, and eventually spayed and neutered. We already have one cat (our 21-year-old just passed) and I can’t afford all this. I also don’t want to have them picked up and taken to a kill shelter. I need advice!
