The job market is so crap. I’ve been struggling to find something decent for about a year now. I went for this interview recently that was supposed to be a 2 interview process and they told me they were going to get back to me about a final decision after the 2nd interview. Ended up being 3.

Had the last interview last Monday and I sent a follow up email and still haven’t heard back. They said they would get back to me by the end of the week…

I am giving up hope. It’s like they don’t give a single duck about people and their livelihoods. I just don’t understand why you can’t send an email saying we gave the job to someone else or we’re still deliberating. I’m so pissed and tired. Its affecting my mental health so much because my family is relying on me for financial help and I can’t afford rent or food anymore. I live in a country that does not have unemployment or governmental support of any kind.
