Noticed this poor guy around my neighborhood yesterday. Looks like mange? I called animal control as well as a rescue who told me they would try to come find the animal. Saw them again today, anything I can do to help him? Put out water, food etc? Never owned a cat, hate seeing the poor little guy like this! Thank you!
