why doesn’t my cat let me pet her further than her neck? she starts to purr the second i lay my finger on her, she sleeps next to me, she eats from my hand, she follows me around, she lets me kiss her (i take it she trusts me) but even touching the rest of her body is wayyyy off the limits. ive had her her whole life and ive never understood it.
