I interviewed for a role where there were two rounds virtual (not including the call with the recruiter) and then I had to prepare a presentation. The next round was all in person over the course of three hours back to back, where the presentation would be the middle interview for 45 minutes.

Questions were thrown at me and by the final question, my brain was fried. I have ADHD and while I did well in the first two, the third felt significantly harder.

It’s been three business days and the recruiter has gone radio silent, which I’m taking to mean that I didn’t get the role.

But man it sucks to not hear back at all after the level of work that I put in and how grueling that interview cycle was. Maybe I will, but maybe I won’t. And I still have one final interview with the CEO left and referrals to submit.
