Have a specific recruiter who is the first key to getting into a company I dream to work with. But this recruiter is a pain to work with. Negativity hidden behind kindness. Probably a secret rush off denying applicants.

I actually interviewed with this recruiter as well and I could tell in 5 minutes they had an internal applicant and I’m not getting the job. But there’s other openings I’d be interested in.

Quick to reply with negative news, reasons why not qualified, position filled, bla bla. But I like to be open minded and discuss with them the chance to discuss other roles. Silence no reply.

Yet the second they have any reason to reply with more negativity they jump at the soonest chance to reply. They aren’t mean in the mail they are just a Debbie downer.

Unfortunately this recruiter falls into one of the major stepping stones. Gotta get past them first.
