Hi all! We are gearing up to build our forever home! Yay! Where to put our cats litter box?

I guess if you were building a new home where would you put it? In its own room? In a mud room? I just can’t decide?

Currently it’s in a guest room, but then when we have guest I have to move it. I would really like to give him his own private forever space that doesn’t need moved? Any ideas? Thanks!

Also any advice on moving a cat? Our current baby we adopted when he was about 4 and he’s lived here about 1.5 years. So this is the only home he knows. Any tips for moving him? Will he naturally find his litter box when we move? Thanks!
