Had a call with an internal recruiter on Wednesday, everything went well. Then a call on Friday afternoon just gone where the interview went really well, and the manager speaking to me went through what I can expect from the next interview (roleplay, how to prep for it and who will be interviewing). We got on great, clicked well and even spoke about hobbies and interests on a personal level.

Then just now I’ve received an email from a ‘No Reply’ email, completely generic, saying thanks for applying but they’re moving forward with other candidates. It doesn’t even say anything about interviewing in the past, and there’s not even any name on it.

The internal recruiter is on holidays until Monday, is there even any point in replying for feedback or do I just let this go? I really wanted this position and thought the interview went really well. I’m so confused.
