I have two degrees and tons of experience in the roles I’m applying for and can’t get an interview. I tailor my resumes and cover letters for each role and use keywords and phrases that can pass the ATS checks and still rejected and these aren’t big time roles. These are product and customer support. I’ve applied to Mercury, Ramp (awful), Calendly, AppFolio and a bunch of other places where I have the skills and experience to do the job. What is going on out here in this job market? It’s so frustrating.
