My cat’s butt stinks. He turns one tomorrow. I have two cats. One girl (black, Calypso) and one boy (orange, Rexford–should’ve mentioned that first). They’re both my son’s cats. They’re siblings. He loves them. I provide for everyone. He saved his money and got them from the shelter. He loves on them, plays with them. I handle their hygiene and stuff.

Calypso is an angel. She perfect. How I imagined cats would be. Smells like fresh linens. She was the runt of her litter (so the shelter told us). She’s just such a cool, chill, girly, sweetie pie, cutie patootie, smart girly.

Then there’s Rex. Also super cute. Loves to loaf around. Looks like a potato. He smells sour. His butt is always smelling yuk. My son doesn’t seem to notice. He LOVES Rex. They’re best buds. So everything together. Rex tried to keep my kids from even going to school lol. They love video gaming.

Anyways. While Calypso loves me she’s my queen. I’m the stand in for my son while he’s at school every day. Rex sits next to me while I work. But boy, if he turns or rolls over, I catch a whiff of that assthmaaa and damn. He looks clean. Never seems to appear dirty on his rear. But the SMELL is rank.

The get brushed every day. Either they get greenies or I brush their teeth daily.

Again Calypso smells fine. Rex is a stank box booty boy.

I’ve given them baths in the past. They seemed fine. I know it’s probably time to do another one.

I just hear so many people that are like, my cat has never had a bath. And I’m shocked!

Their birthday is tomorrow. Just wondering if I should keep the baths up or if this is rex’s teenage phase.
