Meet Kira. She’s 1, feisty, and determined to break my other cat’s automatic feeder.
Kira has her own feeder. She knows where it is and how to use it. This is Riley’s feeder, my 6 year old gray tuxedo baby.
Kirra arrived about 7 months ago and the two have been living together for 6 months. Kira adores Riley - she follows her around, sleeps on Riley’s fav spots, prefers to be with either me or Riley.
But the food? She doesn’t like Riley’s food. She only likes her dry food and liquid treats. Kira chews the sides of the feeder and claws at the opening mechanism.
Note: the cats have these feeders because Riley has a stomach condition and gets sick if she eats anything but her rx food.
