BG check failed for some reason while I had given all my details intact and true. Agency or company hiring manager is not disclosing what’s the reason and they are pushing the ball in each others court when I ask to disclose the reason. My worry is not about this offer but it’s on my career overall. I got a clue from the bg check company that only the employment check with my previous employer and agency is stated as “in Pending” and all other checks have been completed. Does it mean something wrong with my previous employer? I live in canada so the right to disclosure of the bg check report doesn’t apply for me as per FCRA I guess. Is there a way to generate a self bg check to know what the hell is happening with my profile ?
