Please excuse the butthole pic, I just haven’t seen this before and am wondering if I need to be concerned. This is my male 5 weeks old kitten (USA) - he went to the vet the day I got him and tested negative for intentional parasites and has been seemingly healthy aside from being very tiny at the time.

I noticed that his butthole seems to protrude a bit but he has very normal poop. (No blood in it, doesn’t cry when he poops like he is in pain). The only thing he has been doing is butt dragging immediately after pooping sometimes. Is this normal or does he need a vet?
