The Story:

I found this little warrior wandering the streets, completely vulnerable. He is totally blind due to a severe infection he contracted as a kitten. My sister and I couldn’t look away. For the past 15 days, we have dedicated our lives to his recovery—staying up all night to monitor him and applying medical eye drops every single day.

While we hoped for a miracle, the damage was too old and irreversible. He will never see again, but he has learned that he is loved. I have already started his vaccinations to give him the best start possible.

The Reality:

Our biggest struggle is that there are no animal shelters in our city. It breaks my heart because so many “voiceless” ones have nowhere to go. To keep this kitten safe, I am now arranging to transport him to a specialized sanctuary in Agadir, as it is the only way to ensure he has a protected life.

My Mission:

My ultimate dream is to change the reality for animals in my community by establishing our city’s first official animal shelter. I want to move from rescuing one by one to creating a permanent sanctuary for all those in need.

I’m sharing his journey to show that even in the toughest conditions, we won’t stop fighting for them.
