Hi, I applied for a job and went through a pretty tedious 2 month interview process. I was told I couldn’t start for 3 weeks because of the background check.

They requested w2s and paystubs going back 10 years and I receive daily emails asking for more documents. This has been going on for about 2 weeks now.

One of my jobs I finished because i graduated. Now it says ineligible for rehire. I tried to explain that this is common because it’s for… students and I’m no longer a student. Now they’re “looking into it.”

Can someone provide any input if this is normal?
