I get copious amounts of scam calls daily. So much so, that I never ever pick up calls now on my phone unless it’s someone I know or I am expecting a call. Employers/recruiters like to call without even sending an email to advise of the best time to reach out, they just call without warning and then I never get an email saying “We tried to call you but could not reach you.” I simply get my application rejected or ghosted… Y’all seriously need to learn the same etiquette you are seeking for instead of assuming I’m sitting at my phone anticipating your call, I’m not clairvoyant.
