It’s been roaming around the neighbourhood meowing loudly for the past 2 weeks.

Today I decided to go out with some food and water in case it was hungry and it started eating straight away, I tried to examine it when I could and it looks injured around its head, I noticed that the body seems maybe normal, but its head is massive??

Anyway, advice please.
