Hi! Not really sure if this is the right sub, but if I search portable nas on Google, it shows posts from this sub. So, I am looking for a portable NAS, for road trips. Not looking for too much storage, but I want to be able to bring and use it on the road, accessing videos and files from an iPad 10th gen or an android phone or a laptop. So, something powered by a power bank will be nice. First thing that comes to mind is a raspberry pi setup, but if there are any off the shelf options, the ease of that will be greatly appreciated. I appreciate all the replies, and I do plan on having a NAS at home that I can access from anywhere. But for now, I just want to have a portable NAS that I can access through phone, tablet, and laptop without using mobile data. So I think, the gl.inet + hard drive or RPi combo will do. Thanks!
