          In my long career I’ve worked with a lot of medical professionals, a lot of them spectacular idiots.

          the only difference between them and your garden-variety idiots is they’ve paid a lot for a ticket entitling them to an attitude problem and an ego, to their mind anyway.

          Doctor who graduated bottom of his class is still a doctor, so long as he passed.
