I could’ve sworn I was awake this whole time between 12-1:30. How does the watch exactly measure this?

Sometimes the watch shows I’m in deep sleep when I put it on the table. I just manually enter an awake period to fix it.
i think it creates this data from your heart rate and movements. were you sitting still
