An Australian Defence Force Academy cadet who allegedly used a camera hidden in a soap dispenser to film female cadets in the bathroom has been granted bail in the ACT Magistrates Court.

    The way the judge sounds, it’ll be a slap on the wrist because “boys will be boys”. That this man caused massive damage to his victims does not seem to be relevant at all.
