“They were so cruel, they ripped out peoples’ hearts!!” Yeah, don’t look too hard at how Europeans carried out the death penalty during the same period… shit, gibbeting was practiced in Europe until the 19th century in some places. At least getting your heart ripped out is quick.

RWBY, an old (2013) 3D/CGI anime with 9 seasons now. I genuinely can’t remember the plot nor did I finish season 1 but I was a child back then so hey. It’s scifi, I think.
Its based loosely off of the Grimm fairy tails (originals, not the cozy safe versions).
You can see when the project lead died (unexpected reaction to something during a routine surgery) as the story quality dives even as the animation quality… Technically gets better.
It will likely never be finished properly either, and definitely won’t have the original planned ending if it does, as Roosterteeth got shuttered a few years back and WB now owns the rights to the show.

Even Red vs Blue has like a dozen seasons!
They actually did quite a lot of animation, there were 2 other animated series that got cut short due to drama (X-Ray and Vav due to Ray deciding being a Twitch Streamer was a significantly less demeaning and better paying job, Camp Camp for reasons I never heard/may not be public), and actually did a Transformers and maybe a Gundam series? I can’t remember, but they did at least 1 official big name giant robot series.
