The Supreme Court also ruled that federal district courts cannot make rulings that affect the whole nation, so I don’t understand why it keeps getting reported as if this is a national ban. This ban would only apply to the 5th District which only covers the 3rd world sections of the country: Texas, Louisiana, and Mississippi
