Who would have guess this will happen?

1. Take the most corrupt country in Europe
2. Give them unbelievable money and barely even any check on how it is given and how they spend it
3. Both Ukraine and USA said half of the help just disappeared (they blamed eachother)
4. 😱😱😱

Corruption happened at all levels, isn’t have a robust anti-corruption body having the power to tackel someone at such a high level be a good thing.
