A declassified Soviet foreign intelligence cipher telegram from the NKGB residency in Stockholm, dated July 24, 1943, describes negotiations between American intermediaries and Nazi Germany to organize indirect trade through neutral countries such as Sweden and Portugal.
According to the document, the Americans offered to provide Germany with platinum worth 25 to 30 million Swedish kronor, along with industrial diamonds, in exchange for German chemical products. The telegram states that Hermann Göring authorized the negotiations to continue while concealing Germany’s specific needs.
The document originated from Soviet foreign intelligence, specifically the NKGB (People’s Commissariat for State Security), which handled the USSR’s external espionage operations during this period of World War II.
This was a highly classified document for over 80 years that was just declassified last year and for internal use , so this is an actual intelligence report back to the Kremlin , it’s not for propaganda reasons , meaning they are not making it up for the public.

To add some perspective, it was after US and UK recieved evidence of holocaust (december 1942), date of the report is literally in the period when Polish envoy Jan Karski was meeting with whomever he could from the US political, military, business and celebrity “elites” and asked for any help for the Jews. 4 days later he met even with Roosevelt. He gained nothing.

“Trump has released a damning report that’s been secret for 80 years showing that China was making deals to arm the Nazis - it’s an official CIA report to the whitehouse, so it couldn’t be fake!” I don’t really doubt that it’s real just. Even if you mean that in a historical context it wouldn’t have been faked, that’s a terrible basis on which to draw that conclusion.
Anyways yeah, it’s entirely possible the US was attempting to buy german chemicals during WWII - Standard Oil was selling oil to the germans (Rockerfeller - what a guy!), IBM sold punchard systems, Bank of England gave the nazis 5.6 million pounds of Czech gold, (Chamberlin - what a guy!), Bank of Canada and the Federal Reserve both moved tonnes of gold for the nazis (though in both cases it’s iffy if they actually knew), etc.
And that’s all just corporate shit. Espionage was constantly buying materials strategically to try and exacerbate material shortages, or to obtain critical materials for the axis/ally war effort without the other side catching on to who was actually buying the stuff.
