This seems to be a reference to the Hanafi school of Islamic jurists. One of the notable things mentioned on the wikipedia page was their use of analogical reasoning to extend principles of islamic law to hypothetical scenarios. Unfortunately I can’t find a source for the “sharh hanafiyah” so I can’t confirm that the Hanafi school has actually decided how Islamic law treats hot cat girl sex.
