I’m subscribed to an RSS feed of all new posts on Lemmy. Some time back, I created a post filter for it targeting everything coming from lemmy.ml accounts with the words “China”, “Russia” or “Ukraine” in the title. 377 posts have been filtered so far, from 65,670 of all posts captured since 20 March 2026 (as I write this). Note that this feed is not fetching messages 24/7, because I use an actual RSS reader installed on my computer instead of a third-party web service stealing all of my data, so it doesn’t update when my computer is off. The instance I’m using, slrpnk.net, also blocks some other active instances, namely lemmygrad, hexbear and lemmy.org. Not that I miss them; just explaining why this isn’t a true total of all posts across all instances.
Out of these posts:
- 156 were made by u/yogthos.
- 71 were made by u/jankforlife.
- 65 were made by u/jackeroni.
- 43 were made by u/Smackyroon.
I just blocked ML. I don’t want to deal with that shit in my feed.
Same here. I’m enthusiastic for communism so I hoped to find meaningful insight on ml.
But what a clown show it is. I wonder if the yogurt guy gets payed for his efforts, otherwise it’s incredible stanning.
Iirc Yogthos is a Russian national living in Canada btw, take that with a grain of salt though because I could be mistaking him for Davel (it’s one of those two for sure.)
No matter which one of them it is, I wonder why they don’t go back and help fight their beloved war in Ukraine…
