Not sure how much you have been following this community but the DPRK is actually thriving despite Western criminal sanctions. My advice is to stay tuned in this community and investigate how much the country has changed through any of the Chinese or Russian students/tourists that visit.
Maybe, that way, you will see why I saw it is lucky to be there.
I just meant that even though they seem to be doing very well given the circumstances, it’s still a tough position to be in compared to many countries.
